Subject: Peter Goguen / Derek Zanga requests a Special Permit/Variance from section 1.42 (Dimensional Requirements 4.2) of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws. The request is to allow a demo and rebuild with a garage at 49 Hay Road (66/39) requiring relief from Section 1.42 (front and side setbacks) in the RB zoning district. This requires a Special Permit/Variance and to include all other necessary zoning relief on the property located at 49 Hay Road (Map 66 Parcel 39) in the RB district.
