INVITATION FOR BIDS- (IFB) BUSINESS OFFICE ALTERATIONS

 The Ashburnham Municipal Light Plant (“AMLP” or “Owner”) invites bids for BUSINESS OFFICE ALTERATIONS with construction at their location, 24 Williams Rd Ashburnham, MA 01430.

Contract Documents will be available at 11:00 on Wednesday 5/4/22. Requests for the documents may be made to:

AMLP herein, called the Owner, acting by and through its General Manager, will receive sealed bids for Business Office Alterations. Such bids shall be sealed in an envelope and marked “BUSINESS OFFICE ALTERATIONS” Ashburnham Municipal Light Plant 24 Williams Rd. Ashburnham, MA 01430

Bids shall be addressed to:

 A Pre-bid meeting will be held on site at 09:00 on Tuesday May 10, 2022. Bids will be received at the AMLP until 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.

All bids for this prevailing wage project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including M.G.L. c. 149 as amended.
