The Gardner Farmers Market announced on Mar. 25 the schedule for its 2026 season, which will take place on the third Saturday of each month at 62 Waterford Street from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The market will feature fresh produce from local farmers, handcrafted artisan goods, and live music for attendees. Organizers said that MART’s free market route will provide drop-off and pick-up services directly at the market starting May 17, 2025.

Special themed markets are planned throughout the season. The schedule includes Planting & Pollinators on May 16, Berry & Blooms on June 20, Grilling Time Market on July 18, Preserve the Harvest on August 15, Harvest Fest on September 19, Fiber Fest on October 17, and Fill Your Pantry Market in Perry Auditorium on November 21.

Organizers encouraged residents to “shop fresh, support local, and connect with your community,” urging everyone to mark their calendars for these events.

The announcement highlights ongoing efforts to support local agriculture and small businesses by providing a regular venue for community members to access locally produced food and handmade items.
