The Commonwealth Citation for Outstanding Performance is an annual program recognizing Executive Branch or Higher Education employees who have been in state service for at least two years.

An individual employee may be nominated by a supervisor, peer, professional colleague or someone else who is familiar with the person’s work, and a group of employees may be nominated for its performance as a unit.

In order to be nominated, individuals or groups must represent exemplary leadership, exceptional managerial, organizational, and/or communications achievements, achievement of significant improvements in productivity and/or cost savings, and/or attainment of high-priority agency objectives.

Mount Wachusett Community College’s individual recipients are:
